A registered micro-enterprise serving government and public institutions
Registered in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. We work with government departments, public institutions and businesses whose websites have to meet a defined standard and pass audit.
Why we exist
Government websites fail audits for predictable reasons: inaccessible PDFs, missing policies, weak TLS configuration, content nobody owns. Too often, compliance is treated as a patch at the end of the project: billed separately, rushed before the audit and forgotten after it.
Sharma IT Services was registered to do the opposite: build with the GIGW checklist open from day one, document everything we deliver, and stay accountable after go-live through AMC with a written escalation matrix. When you work with us, the engineer who built your website is the one who answers your support call.
Working with a micro-enterprise has practical advantages for a department: direct access to the person doing the work, MSE procurement benefits on every order, and a named individual accountable for every commitment.
What working with us looks like
Before the order
Free requirement discussion, a scoped itemised quotation within one business day, and our complete vendor file for your records — Udyam certificate, PAN and bank details.
During the project
Weekly progress notes, staged demos, and sign-offs at architecture, design and pre-launch. Compliance evidence is built as we go, not reconstructed at the end.
After go-live
Handover pack with source code, credentials and manuals; CMS training for your staff; and AMC with the same escalation matrix published on this website.
Talk to the person who'll build it
